Any guest can register for the loyalty program;
· The card is only available for direct bookings by individuals via the hotel website, by phone +7 812 334 22 33, or at the front desk. Privileges are not available for bookings made through travel agencies, tour operators, online portals, or other online booking systems;
· The loyalty card is linked to the guest's mobile number and is cumulative. Upon reaching a new status, the next level's discount is applied;
· The card has no expiration date;
· A personal account will be created for each participant on our website, where you can track your loyalty level, current benefits, booking history, and add cards to Apple Wallet;
· The loyalty discount cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions and does not apply to additional services;
· The loyalty card is personalized and non-transferable, but it applies to you and your companions staying in the same room.
Option 1: Follow the link and fill in your details. After registration, you will gain access to your personal account.
Option 2: Send a booking request to the hotel e-mail hotel@authorhotel.ru with the note "I want to join the loyalty program." Our staff will book your room and enroll you;
Option 3: Book a room at the hotel front desk and tell the receptionist "I want to join the loyalty program." Our staff will enroll you during the booking process;
After registering via hotel staff, each guest will receive an email (to the address provided during booking) containing a link to their personal account.
